3. How we use your information

reply to your inquiry, and schedule a call or meeting

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for marketing emails without your separate, explicit consent.
4. No attorney-client relationship
Contacting us through the Website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only by explicit agreement, usually a written engagement letter.
Please do not send sensitive or confidential information through the form before we have contacted you. This includes full transaction details, documents, and medical or financial information.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers we need to run the Website and reply to you:
Wix.com: Website platform and hosting.
Google (Google Workspace): the Firm's email service, which receives form submissions.
The Website developer: only as needed for technical support.
Transfers outside Israel: Some providers store data on servers outside Israel. These transfers comply with the Protection of Privacy (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations.
Disclosure required by law: We may also disclose information where required by law or court order, or where needed to protect the Firm's rights.
6. Data security
We use reasonable, industry-standard security measures, including:

restricted access to the information
reputable service providers
However, no system can be fully protected against unauthorized access.
7. Data retention
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for 24 months and then deleted.
Inquiries that lead to an engagement are kept in the client file, in line with the record-keeping duties that apply to lawyers.
8. Cookies
The Website uses cookies needed for its operation and, where applicable, analytics cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect some Website functions.
9. Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, you may:
review the information we hold about you.
ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date.
ask to be removed from any mailing list.
